What a FABULOUS day today!! We went to visit the new Fisher House in Dallas and what a WONDERFUL place it is! We delivered a total of 9 quilts, 3 of which were made by guild members and pictured here. The one on the left was made by JoAnne Sheppard and the other two were made by guild members and assembled by me then quilted by two fantastic longarmers, Julie Lawson and JoAnne Livingston. The other photo is one of the rooms at the Fisher House with the quilts at the foot of the beds, waiting for the next occupant of the room. Such a terrific place for family members of our wounded vets to have to use while their loved one is in the hospital.

Thanks again for taking my quilt! The house is gorgeous and the quilts look so nice on the beds.
